clearly EUkip are waking up to the idiotic position they have put themselves in by their dishonest and malicious treatment of their MEP Nikki Sinclaire who has so clearly show the party for just how vile it has become.
Sinclaire had made it known that she was unlikely to go along with the dishonesty and corruption of Nigel Farage and his unpleasant crew of fixers like the serial liars and cheats, Stuart Parr, Mark Croucher, Douglas Denny and their ilk, all of whom have been proven irrefutably to be without principles or ethics as they have together steadily destroyed UKIP in their self serving persuit of status and money from the EU troughs where finally they have sold out as EUkip - having failed on wvwry front to move these United Kingdoms one fraction of an inch closer to leaving the EU.
One could even argue in their efforts on behalf of the EU acting out their childish behaviour in the assembly hall, with lets be rude to the grown ups days and lets let the Party chairman show himself for the fool he is - even fielding the Deputy Leader to display his utter ineptitude - we even have the spectacle of lets have Wee Willy Dartmouth make a real fool of himself with a temper tantrum similar to a 3 year old in a 'paddy' (I'm not sure if that is racist and demeaning to the Irish or foodist and demeaning to rice fields - you choose).
Then we have the abject and snivelling failure of leadership of stumble bum Peer with Malcolm Lord Pearson's utterly despicable betrayal of trust both of Nikki Sinclaire & clearly the Party.
Clearly EUkip having lost their case in Court brought by John West, then being forced to settle regarding their dishonesty with Linda Robson and possibly others, then receiving a serious warning under the DPA for incompetence. Then the utterly corrupt MEP selection scam CLICK HERE, then the efforts made by Mark Croucher to frame Piers Merchant knowing since he was dieing he could not retaliate, then the serial ignominy of escalating debts as they lose every round of the Electoral Commission forfeiture which is clearly deserved through an arrogant and deliberate contempt for the law.
Then their agent losing a case in the County Courts despite the support and encouragement of the party & the Party chairman leaving UKIP with a moral liability of some £12,000 CLICK HERE
Clearly EUkip as they face the probability of losing yet again in the Courts over their dishonesty and earning a £1.2 Million debt they are now most clearly at risk from prosecution by their own MEP Nikki Sinclaire for their dishonesty, corruption, failure of Party procedures and rank betrayal both in personal terms and relative to their own Constitution. It is clear she not only has a case but there seems to be no loop hole through which EUkip can escape, without a serious backdown prior to the General Election being called and even then it may well be sound legal and personal advice to Sinclaire to tell them their offer is inadequate.
In the interim they are using their agents to carry out a cowardly attack on Sinclaire as with the proven dishonest Stuart Parr through the official Blog, which he runs, to try to claim he is acting as other than an agent and it is not an official blog would not and does not hold water for numerous legal reasons.

Naughty Nikki
When Nikki Sinclaire had the UKIP whip withdrawn, she was told to stop using the UKIP logo and stop describing herself as a UKIP MEP. As an independent MEP she is not, under any circumstances, allowed to use the UKIP membership list.
So imagine my surprise when I received a letter from the office of Nikki Sinclaire MEP, with a small picture of Nikki on the top standing next to a UKIP logo.
I'm still interested in what Nikki gets up to even though she's not a UKIP MEP any more but for someone planning to sue the party for allegedly not following correct disciplinary procedures, it seems strange that she would not only ignore the instructions given to her by the party but also break the law (Data Protection Act) by using UKIP membership details without permission and for a purpose other than that for which they were collected.
If she really does intend to get in a pissing contest with the party, I think breaking the law trumps not following internal disciplinary procedures correctly. People in glass houses and all that.

Do note that copies of the mailing list have been readily available from time to time and you will remember copies were put into circulation in an apparent attempt to entrap the dieing Piers Merchant, in a most unsavoury manner.
Sonce Sinclaire has been with the party for 16 years perhaps the serial liar Stuart Parr or his brain cell that uses him on behalf of EUkip would point out that it is an offence under law to make these defamatory claims against her without substantive proof of veracity.
There is absolutely no evidence of wrong doing merely Stuart Parr's surprise at receiving a letter. Since it was I who ordered the first 10,000 gold Pound emblems which were the start of EUkip's logo, back in the days when I owned the UKIP web sites - I do feel even the use of the logo by a non member might prove difficult to enforce and clearly its use in pictures and as an avatar are by common usage.

Sinclaire is not in any manner or way in breech of law. However as the serious official caution made clear EUkip most clearly is. It is the duty of the party to ensure they keep safe custody of the membership data base and as we know it has been both freely circulated - as with the copies I held and also payment has been made for the purchase of it by the BNP.
HAD she done so that would be an offence by EUkip not by Sinclaire. Unable to prove her source IF she has used a EUkip list Stuart Parr is in breech of the laws of libel!by using UKIP membership details without permission and for a purpose other than that for which they were collected.
In terms of usage - the names were freely given for political usage - one might be in breech of the law circulating them to vend some government style Ponzi scheme such as a sound investment in printing currency as that particular scam is protected by the government and banks to collude in!

That EUkip was clearly in breech of its own procedures, that assault took place, that Wee Willy Dartmouth mad an utter fool of himself, as ever, that Pearson is a liar a bounder and contemptible in his betrayal and failure to honour his undertakings and further to lie and lie provably in his letter circulated to members is irrefutable, that Farage's behaviour has, as ever, been venal self interest and straight from the gutter.
EUkip in virtually every principle, intent and letter is in breech of its own constitution and rules over the manner in which they betrayed Sinclaire - further it is clear EUkip are in breech of The Data Protection Act yet again if you can substantiate they provided a membership list which Sinclaire has, as a UKIP member used for political purposes.
EUkip most clearly has not a leg to stand on in terms of a legal defence should Sinclaire decide to take them to the High Courts and that they have, considering her age, some 20 years short of retirement laid themselves open to some prety staggering potential damages!
Do not forget Stuart Parr that Nikki Sinclaire may well feel she has a very sound legal case against you personally - The Nurenberg Defence has been proven insound.
How very true and how astonishingly often EUkip and its leadership, supporters and agents seem to see fit to smash their own glass play pen to bits and as we have seen they almost without exception seem, due to their own ineptitude, cut themselves to ribbons.

Just as a warning to Nikki Sinclaire, having looked around EUkip's web sites in some detail it is interesting to note just howmany usages there are of photographs which I happen to know you own the copyright too. I would strenuously advise that beyond a caution and a request for removal you take no action as it would seem that other than in the FOR PROFIT field an immediate demand for money inclines to nullify any claim.It is also widely accepted that publicity snaps of minor politicians are taken for publicity and if they are used for publicityy of any type that raises their profile and that was what they were provided for. Clearly it seems a case of fair usage UNLESS they are clearly watermarked and copyright is consistently and widely enforced by warning and request of removal.
If a specific claim is made and a subsequent solicitors letter served and yet nothing happens then after a reasonable period a 'reasonable' claim MAY stand some chance of a small compensation.
A lesson EUkip has recently fallen foul of and it will be interesting to see if they will act honourably and ensure that full and fair compensation is made, for what seems to be what can only be seen as a malicious prosecution - the amount ordered by the Court falls due on the probable day of the announcement of the General Election and it would not be unreasonable to expect that their agent settles on or before that date both for the sum ordered and that for which they are clearly morally liable.
I would suggest that Stuart Parr acts promptly and issues a full and unequivocal apology for his efforts to smear and defame Nikki Sinclaire MEP UKIP member.
What is the exit and survival plan for these United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. It is the DUTY of our Politicians and Snivil Cervants to ensure the continuity, liberty and right to self determination of our peoples - they have a DUTY to protect against crime and secure both our food and our border.
NONE of these DUTIES has a single British politician upheld for 40 years. They have drawn their incomes fraudulently and dishonesty.
Politicians are failing to tell the truth, but so are almost all wanabe Politicians, the MSM and Snivil Cervants.
The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.
Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU's CAP - In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!
To try to put a value on OUR Freedom is as futile as floccipaucinihilipilification and as odious as the metissage of our societies, as we rummage in the ashes of our ancestors dreams, sacrifices and achievements, the flotsam of our hopes and the jetsam of our lives, consider the Country and Anglosphere which we thus leave our children and the future, with shame!
