Tolerance

As I sit down to write this article, I click on the word ‘tolerance’, and then I right-click in order to find synonyms. I am presented with “Open-mindness, lenience, acceptance, forbearance, charity, patience and easiness”.
Are these ideals that the European Union and its Parliament can claim to support? Normatively, yes, but empirical evidence might tell us a different story altogether. As part of the new intake of MEPs last year I have found the EU lives up to the maxim “Do as I say, not as I do.”
For example, I find the intolerance of some of the Socialist and Green MEPs astounding. They seem to expect that everyone working in the EU has to agree with their particular political and moral standpoint or vision, and if they don’t, somehow the views are not valid or might even be labelled as extremist. The Greens Co-President, Rebecca Harms called me the latter because I expressed the view, in committee, that Cathy Ashton might not be sufficiently qualified to be the High Representative for Foreign Affairs. Rebecca had never spoken to me before that (nor since). This level of prejudice from such an intelligent woman is remarkable and disappointing.
Perhaps my then membership of the EFD Group may have influenced her; I have since resigned from that Group citing the intolerance of racial, religious and sexual minorities of some of its delegations as being incompatible with my personal and political principles. Immediately, some press and MEPs thought I had left because I had suffered some form of homophobia – statements which, ironically, I actually do find homophobic!
I applaud some of the efforts of the many politicians, and here I pay tribute to fellow MEP Michael Cashman, amongst others, who have stood up over the years to campaign for equal rights for gay and lesbian people. Many of these campaigners have suffered personally for their efforts. I admire their tenacity and their achievements, which have benefited countless people, including myself.
I care deeply about the rise of intolerance across Europe, and the rise in the number of hate crimes. I note that whilst recognition of minority rights issues was a prerequisite for some of the newer member states, as they prepared for accession, a blind eye is often turned to attacks on minorities in these states today. However, just because I am a lesbian does not mean that intolerance towards minority groups has to be my sole concern; I believe the right of self-determination to be a basic human right, and I feel that this is lacking within the EU and elsewhere in the world. This is why I chose to sit on the Human Rights Committee.
My mandate from the electorate in this parliament is clear; to oppose the UK’s membership of the EU, to scrutinise and oppose EU legislation that will have a detrimental effect on my constituency and to stand up for the rights of my constituents. I am here not for whom I am, or my sexuality, I am here to represent the electors who voted for me, and who through their taxes, pay for me to do my job. It is the right of the electorate to expect me to represent them, and not some political ideal.
Those politicians who fail to appreciate this point maybe should take a hard look in the mirror before pointing the finger of prejudice.
Tolerance does not imply weakness or a lack of personal belief. Tolerance, I suggest, is a sign of strength so if the EU institutions sincerely believe in their project they need to embrace all forms of opinion with equal value and ultimately allow the people across Europe the right to express their opinion in the ballot box. That’s tolerance!

I never cease to wonder when a homosexual declares their sexuality just howmany people then go out of their way to play act - Sinclaire has known my views on her perversion for many years and I do not pretend that practices perverse to the norm or dare I say obverse to normative ;-) (without right clicking for a synonym!!!) are of any consequence to me it makes not a jot of difference to me whether she is heterosexual or homosexual SO WHAT. I expect the feeling is mutual when I say I never fancied her anyway!
Then again I didn't fancy Oliver Letwin's mother but her essays were glorious! Richard Corbett revolts me with his betrayal of my Country and his neo communism but I must say his book 'The European Parliament' is superlative (know thine enemy!).
I do clearly state that I have my own ambivalence! I have some doubt that there is any place in Westminster Parliament, when our democracy was in Britain, for homosexuals as I fear it is an unsuitable role as they have rather too much input from such corrupt organisations as Stonewall and their Communist masters The Frankfurt School.
I also have a strange feeling that homosexuality has a great genetic failing in that it has no clear interest in progeny and generations to come and male homosexuality is nothing if not 'The Selfish Gene' with its sad need for serial self gratification with or without a meaningfull partner and where statistically long term relationships are rarely more than a predatory pair.
I remember listening to Sinclair on 'Queer Questiontime' mainly because I could not bear to watch the utterly revolting Peter Tatchell! I got the impression Nikki Sinclaire had much the same opinion of the odious little specimen with clearly his only ability being his sad and strident homosexuality which is dependent on his need for publicity!
It is fairly clear, from the comments they make, that the Faragista Fan club and Mark Croucher's little band of vile sock muppets too cowardly to expose their identity and too ashamed of their behaviour to ever admit they are wrong they have clearly not watched or even listened to the broadcaste.
It was one of the best broadcasts I have heard in UKIP's name and that Nikki Sinclaire 'bridled' at the comment that laws should be passed to protect pervers from physical abuse - Sinclaire's rebuttal was explosive nearly leading to blows as Tatchell wilted well wouldn't you, with a 6'7" female homosexual in full flow!
Nikki Sinclaire's rejoinder was classical along the lines that it was an outrageous statement and what was different about homosexuals being physically abused, why should they be singled out? Her contention went on that physical abuse was protected under law and we needed less laws better enforced that could be respected by all rather than divisive laws that became ignored and in what way was physical abuse of homosexuals any different to the physical abuse of women, or of children or the physical abuse of the disabled or the elderly - what had abuse to do with sexuality everyone should be protected equally under the law.
We note that because this superlative performance was not by Nigel Farage it did not get put on YouTube or EUkip's Farage addulation site UKip.org!! Well not really surprising as the web site and the House Comic are only there for Farage's rather lame and predictable performances that so impress??? Well those he pays I guess!!
Farage is a fake and a fraud - is it any wonder his wife just sits at home eating and even then he has to pay her £30K a year!
TO LEAVE THE EU
What is the exit and survival plan for these United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. It is the DUTY of our Politicians and Snivil Cervants to ensure the continuity, liberty and right to self determination of our peoples they have a DUTY to protect against crime and secure both our food and our border.
NONE of these DUTIES has a single British politician upheld for 40 years. They have drawn their incomes fraudulently and dishonesty.
Politicians are failing to tell the truth, but so are almost all wanabe Politicians, the MSM and Snivil Cervants.
The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.
Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU's CAP - In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!
To try to put a value on OUR Freedom is as futile as floccipaucinihilipilification and as odious as the metissage of our societies, as we rummage in the ashes of our ancestors dreams, sacrifices and achievements, the flotsam of our hopes and the jetsam of our lives, consider the Country and Anglosphere which we thus leave our children and the future, with shame!

I SUGGEST – since there is clearly no political party of repute, advocating or campaigning for withdrawal of these United Kingdoms from the EU and restoration of our independent sovereign, democracy, with Justice & the right to self determination in a free country. Deny the self seeking & meaningless wanabe MEPs the Mythical Mandate for which they clamour. Diktat is imposed from The EU but Law should be made at Westminster, for our Country & our Peoples.
