Ukip to fight court threat by expelled MEP
The UK Independence Party has vowed to fight
"baseless" legal action being threatened by an MEP
who claims it acted unlawfully by expelling her from the party.

Nikki Sinclaire, who represents the West Midlands, was thrown out this month after refusing to be part of the multinational political group Ukip has joined in the European Parliament.
Her solicitors said she would take the case to the High Court, claiming the party was in breach of contract by not following its own constitution or its disciplinary rules and procedures. **01
She will also seek a ruling that its membership of the Europe of Freedom and Democracy group (EFD) is a breach of its own constitution as the group backs the EU institutions **02, they said. And she will argue that the "racist, homophobic, anti-Semitic (including Holocaust denial) views" of some parties in the group breach Ukip's non-discrimination rules **03.
But Ukip party secretary Michael Zuckerman **04 said: "We believe that her claims are baseless and we will challenge every point robustly."
The court challenge was announced as Ukip leader Lord Pearson of Rannoch unveiled its election manifesto at a party conference in Milton Keynes. He claimed that only complete withdrawal from the EU could deal with the two main "problems" voters were concerned about: the economy and immigration **05.
And he risked fury among some activists by calling for Ukip candidates with no hope of winning their seat to step aside if that would help a committed Tory eurosceptic to win the seat **06. He said there were only a "few" such cases but said opposing those candidates would "defeat our own greater purpose" and put party enthusiasms before the national interest.
Lord Pearson told the conference David Cameron's refusal to offer a referendum on Europe means a Tory election victory would spell "absolutely certain disaster" for Britain **07. Ukip needed to put in a strong enough performance in the election that, if it led to a hung parliament and another election, it would be "clear and unavoidable" to all parties that they would have to promise an EU referendum to stand a chance of getting a clear majority.
Lord Pearson also called for the introduction of Swiss-style binding referendums **08 and a Royal Commission to decide whether global warming was a reality as part of the wide-ranging manifesto **09.
Ms Sinclaire had refused to sit with her own party members in European Parliament meetings since mid-January **10, citing the breakdown of her relationship with the party's leader in Europe Nigel Farage and the "extreme views" of some partner parties **11. She insisted she was not quitting the party - but Ukip's National Executive Committee removed the whip, also ending her position as its candidate for the Meriden seat in the general election **12.

**01Which it clearly is - Farage's behaviour has been shameful and has beyond any shadow of doubt brought the party into disrepute. No disciplinary hearing was EVER announced or held.
**02EUkip's membership of Farage's sordid EFD is indubitably ultra vires to the EUkip Constitution and no amount of wriggling on the part of the leadership can show other than it is ultra vires to both the letter and the spirit of the Constitution of the Party - That only ONE MEP had the integrity to stand by the Constitution speaks volumes of the morality and ethics of the rest of the leadership hirelings.
EUkip's position is clearly morally and ethically untennable - yet they lack the common decency EVER to say sorry when they get it totally wrong, time and time again!

Perhaps since he set up Friends of Israel on the back of EUkip and Pearson is a leading Zionist not to mention Sonia Zuckerman who sees herself as quite the lady in Jewish circles - would it be immoderate of me to ask where and when did he publish his achievements as EUkip Friends of Israel and how he justifies his Party association with the Racist anti Judaism of The EFD grouping.

Would it be unreasonable then to ask how, towards the stated aim, membership of the pro EU Racist advocares of The New Constitution in the form of The Lisbon Treaty, which EUkip made no meaningful effort to oppose, lie how can EFD membership be of ANY gain to EUkip or is it merely an act of prostitution that EUkip has sold out its principles for money for Farage?

We said on this blog that it would not be an announcement of EUkip PPCs and where they were standing that would be of any interest at this Tory Lite charade but where the Tories through their agents Pearson, Wheeler, Gill, Bannerman, Knapman, Pryor and others ensured EUkip did not put their marginal seats at jeopardy. Proven right yet again!

Yet minutes earlier Lord Bumble was bumbling on about standing down against Tory self proclaimed so called EUroSceptics as yet both unidentified and unidentifiable!

I have never seen any clear indication that EUkip has the vaguest idea of how Switzerland carries out such referenda, when, how or to what end - Such a silly pronouncement without CLEAR and rigorous clarification is nothing more nor less than irresponsible.

The Leadership has acted in complete and flagrant disregard for the members and electorate and in a manner damaging to the party.
TO LEAVE THE EU
What is the exit and survival plan for these United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. It is the DUTY of our Politicians and Snivil Cervants to ensure the continuity, liberty and right to self determination of our peoples - they have a DUTY to protect against crime and secure both our food and our border.
NONE of these DUTIES has a single British politician upheld for 40 years. They have drawn their incomes fraudulently and dishonesty.

The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.
Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU's CAP - In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!
To try to put a value on OUR Freedom is as futile as floccipaucinihilipilification and as odious as the metissage of our societies, as we rummage in the ashes of our ancestors dreams, sacrifices and achievements, the flotsam of our hopes and the jetsam of our lives, consider the Country and Anglosphere which we thus leave our children and the future, with shame!
