That Farage, Nuttal and Gill duplicitously ganged up on Nikki Sinclaire in flagrant disregard for the instructions of Lord Pearson the party leader is an open secret.
That Nikki Sinclaire in acting honourably and in a measured way following party procedure has left Paul Nuttall, Nigel Farage, Christopher Gill, David Lott and ALL of the MEPs who were too gutless to speak out, with egg all over their faces.
That Farage out of pure self interest abused his position, having used Mark Croucher to scurry through the gutters they live in seeking out ANY presumed dirt he could use against party members is no surprise.
It is also no surprise that Farage sank to the levels of misrepresenting the facts and making a laughing stock of EUkip on TV - not once but several times - Just to feather his own nest, at the expense of the party.
Sinclaire's behaviour has been unimpeachable and at NO opportunity did she seek to join with Farage in his imature and self serving mud wrestling. Time and time again Sinclaire had the opportunity to do a permanent knife job on Farage but she refused to sink to his gutter level politics.
Sinclaire has been invited back to UKIP as their ONLY morally acceptable MEP - free of the racist, anti Jewish hate club of extremists Farage and his fellow EUkip MEPs have formed as the Pan EU Political Party EFD group.
Even in the article below Sinclaire declined to correct the reporter - she was NOT reinstated after an appeal - she made no appeal, however realising what a mess they had got themselves in and just howmany 100 of £1,000s of damages they could be liable for if they forced Sinclaire to The High Courts it was the NEC who invited Sinclaire to explain what had happened. As a result and without a consultation with Nuttall or Farage they were led by the strong 'advice' of Lord Pearson and the clarity of the facts Sinclaire had at her disposal.
One wonders if The NEC having realised that Farage can be overturned on his self serving vendetta will they have the integrity, morality and ethics to order the MEPs to quit the vile EFD Party grouping.
Now that WOULD be progress.
UKIP MEP reinstated after appeal
An MEP for the UK Independence Party has been told she can stand in May's UK general election after all.
Nikki Sinclaire was accused of breaking UKIP rules after she quit its parliamentary grouping, Europe of Freedom and Democracy, accusing its partners of "extremist views".
By leaving its parliamentary coalition, the party said Sinclaire had broken party rules and could not stand again for elected office as a UKIP member.
Sinclaire had been selected to fight the Meriden seat at the next UK general election.
She told this website that after an appeal party chairman Lord Pearson had now told her she will be reinstated and can stand for UKIP in the election.
The MEP for the West Midlands, who was an unsuccessful candidate in UKIP's recent leadership contest, has accused some of the party's coalition partners in Brussels of holding anti-semitic views.
Sinclaire said she did not sign up to the party alliance when she was elected and also questioned the transparency of the group's finances.
She said, "I am obviously delighted at the decision to allow me to stand in the upcoming election although I have told UKIP I will still not sit with the parliamentary grouping."

What is the exit and survival plan for these United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU's CAP - In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!
To try to put a value on OUR Freedom is as futile as floccipaucinihilipilification and as odious as the metissage of our societies, as we rummage in the ashes of our ancestors dreams, sacrifices and achievements, the flotsam of our hopes and the jetsam of our lives, consider the Country and Anglosphere which we thus leave our children and the future, with shame!

Deny the self seeking & meaningless wanabe MEPs the Mythical Mandate for which they clamour. Diktat is imposed from The EU but Law should be made at Westminster, for our Country & our Peoples.
