The Corrupt & Untrustworthy Derek Clark, An OLAF ENQUIRY & EUkip 'ON THE FIDDLE' IT SEEMS!

Minded that Derek Clark has so clearly betrayed his electorate and the British peoples with his self serving dishonesty and corruption and that he is currently under investigation:

Also aware of his serial dishonesty as in his bullying and lies about Peter Baker to use a Kangaroo Court, aided by the corruption of basic Justice by the weak and idiotic Gerard Batten whom EUkip leadership has been trying to manoeuver out as an MEP who himself expects to lose to The BNP (I think he is wrong as I do not believe The BNP will gain a seat in London - due to lack of organisational spread ACROSS London) yet Batten has admitted if he lived in regions of London he would vote BNP.
Then they had the proven liar and cheat Douglas Denny fronting their dishonest show trial against Peter Baker (No wonder it collapsed in utter farce!).
Clark more recently, whilst under investigation for fraud and having destroyed his regional EUkip support base thus acting as a recruiting sargeant for the BNP as has Batten and most in EUkip's leadership he has seen himself as fit and propper to preside over a corrupted EUkip Kangaroo Court to dishonestly expell John West in an action for his friend Titford to aid in witness intimidation and also corruption that has been made known that brings Ma Zucherman clearly into disrepute with his Union - The Solicitors' Complaints Body!
Perhaps someone can confirm and add to the details for OLAF & The British Police on the issue of the fact that between January 04 to June 04, while working for Derek Clark - who had become an MEP in June of that year - Tony Ellwood received his salary from Ashford Employment Ltd, on cheques signed by Terry Quarterman: the director of the paying company. Apart from ONE days visit to Ashford Call Centre, in order to see how multiple telephone lines worked, that was his only contact with Ashford.
Tony Ellwood certainly never did any work for Ashford as he worked full time for Derek Clark - or so I am reliably informed.
Although this was fundamentally dishonest that is a matter for the authorities. However can you remember if in fact Derek Clark held office on the NEC during that period, if he did was it not an abuse of his position to use other people's money to pay his personal staff?
Interestingly by way of conclusive evidence. Ellwood lived in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
Understandably, because Ellwood worked for local companies he had, historically, always paid his PAYE to the Northampton collector of H.M. Inland Revenue. For the period Jan. 04-June 04, when paid by Ashford Employment Ltd, his collector for PAYE became the Maidstone, Kent collector H.M. Inland Revenue!
Seemingly as a consequence of error, intertia, over-sight, or any other reason you can think of, Tony Ellwood has continued to be attached to the Maidstone Tax Office.
This would seem to substantiate his original position about his wage-payments from Ashford, and raises further suspicions about his continued Maidstone 'associations'.
Unless OLAF take an interest in the Ashford Call Centre, their investigations are labouring under a disadvantage which can only lead to an unfair and inaccurate outcome, or so it would seem.
In passing can someone clarify the legality for Clark of having been the beneficiary of EU money as it would seem that until about Christmas 2003, the Regional Organiser for the East Midlands was a Mrs. Robinson (she was not I understand having an affair with her daughter's boyfriend), she was however being paid by Graham Booth, who in fact was already an MEP, but she never did any work for Booth that we are aware of, though we do understand that Booth made a habit of paying when having gone VERY native in the EU.
Occasionally, we understand, Mrs. Robinson would visit Booth in Exeter to perpetuate the fiction of being Booth's employee, but that was sheer smoke screen WE HOPE!
It is also worthy of note that it would seem that whilst Clark was Party Secretary that Donations on credit card made to Ashford were in fact laundered through Booth's Hotel! When I originally exposed this process which seemed not to register on the accounts the glib response was that 'it was easier' under pressure on some 50 account anomalies with which Booth was challenged he, even with the help of the proven liar Malcolm Wood was unable to invent sufficiently plausible answers and John Whittacker wrote him a script which was little more credible than the original lies!
Just to clarify - am I accusing Graham Booth and Malcolm Wood of dishonesty - be in no doubt I am.
To return to Mrs. Robinson the facts raise certain questions such as why was Mrs Robinson being paid by Booth? and was this legitimate in respect of EU rules or is it now claimed to have been a private arrangement from Booth's purse? However in that Booth was seemingly laundering Ashford money, was this legitimised on the accounts as it seems not to feature as surely donations to Ashford should not have been used to fund private staff other than staff payments to persons other than Call Centre employees?
Why was Booth involved in any way whatever? Perhaps the authorities may need to clarify this and there is absolutely no reason to believe that Sarah Robinson acted other than honourably despite the influence of Simon & Garfunkell and would be only too happy to clarify for the authorities and I have her phone number for them!
Three things seem that the East Midlands had UKIP staff paid with Ashford donations. We do know this caused a change in their tax-gatherers office location for at least one individual.
One is forced to wonder if use of bank accounts in various locations and employment across regions as with Exeter, Ashford, Northants, etc, was deliberate to make it virtually impossible for regional bank inspectors to identify any irregularities in those same accounts?
Nothing about Ashford would seem to have been normal/usual; thus surely it is reasonable to believe that this impinges on the OLAF enquiry both along side the employment details of Tony Ellwood, Andy Fear, Mrs. Robinson, Niall Warry and others and whether they actually did any work for Clark or for that matter whoever employed them when or if they worked for Clark.
It will be clearly understood that a large part of the doubts about EUkip are founded on the apparent obfuscation of the Ashford accounts compounded by the fact that we are aware that some £250,000 from the Ashford 'exercise' were on one occasion paid into a private account and the Chairman of EUkip of the time, David Bannerman, stood on a public platform and confirmed that less than 15% of the income generated through the Ashford scam ever reached EUkip!
Also be minded that Douglas Denny, who has been proven beyond doubt to be dishonest and was removed as Returning Officer by the NEC in a majority vote for his dishonesty, yet he was at one time EUkip Party Secretary and would seem to have been willing to oblige his masters by taking into dependency on the Party accounts the accounts of Ashford without even bothering to ascertain their liabilities!
To add to this obfuscation it was at this time and in collusion with the Ashford 'crew' that EUkip acquired some £250,000 from the pro EU Ind.Dem.Group to conduct a petition WHICH NEVER TOOK PLACE despite the direct supervision of Nigel Farage and David Lott. I merely add this fact as it is Ashford which would seem to be the link between part of the OLAF enquiry regarding Derek Clark and also Ashford's association with David Lott who is linked to parts of the enquiry related to the Ind.Dem.Group and also the Farage enquiry which it is understood is wide ranging and ongoing also as a key part of the OLAF enquiry current and ongoing into Jeffrey Titford's financial affairs.
It is likely that when OLAF has completed its enquiries it will pass the files back to the relevant British Police and other authorities relevant.
Whilst OLAF & The Police and other relevant authorities continue their investigations it will be amusing to see what levels of abuse and childish behaviour the willing dupes who have so damaged EUkip's reputation will be presenting to the public by way of 'support' for EUkip's having gone native and its lurch towards a BNP style authoritarian right wing extremism under the centralised control of Farage and his appointed puppets.
The aim was to liberate Britain from the centralised authoritarianism of the corrupt EU but to use just such EU style dishonesty is no more than a power struggle of the evil and a vote for EUkip is thus no more than a vote for the lesser of two evils.
One can not gainsay that a vote for EUkip or ANY EUkip candidate is clearly a vote in support of corruption and an EU style authoritarian, undemocratic, extremist undemocratic scam designed for enrichment for the few at the expense of the many.
TO LEAVE THE EU
What is the exit and survival plan for these United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. It is the DUTY of our Politicians and Snivil Cervants to ensure the continuity, liberty and right to self determination of our peoples they have a DUTY to protect against crime and secure both our food and our border.
NONE of these DUTIES has a single British politician upheld for 40 years. They have drawn their incomes fraudulently and dishonesty.
Politicians are failing to tell the truth, but so are almost all wanabe Politicians, the MSM and Snivil Cervants.
The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.
Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU's CAP - In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!
To try to put a value on OUR Freedom is as futile as floccipaucinihilipilification and as odious as the metissage of our societies, as we rummage in the ashes of our ancestors dreams, sacrifices and achievements, the flotsam of our hopes and the jetsam of our lives, consider the Country and Anglosphere which we leave our children and the future, with shame!

I SUGGEST – since there is clearly no political party of repute, advocating or campaigning for withdrawal of these United Kingdoms from the EU and restoration of our independent sovereign, democracy, with Justice & the right to self determination in a free country. Deny the self seeking & meaningless wanabe MEPs the Mythical Mandate for which they clamour. Diktat is imposed from The EU but Law should be made at Westminster, for our Country & our Peoples.
