EUkip EXPLAINS WHY MEMBERS ARE BETTER OFF OUT & THE STAFF SHOW WHAT THEY THINK OF MEMBERS!

Hi,

Just for the record - Drew Belobaba is a qualified practicing Solicitor of Canadian origin who together with his Australian (Vietnamese origin) who is a qualified Dispensing Pharmacist, both are working and have a small child. They have chosen to live in Britain and await British citizenship and drew has brought his experience in Politics in Canada to bear.

Drew was elected to an executive role, has tried to assist with policies in an elected capacity and had been selected and elected as a PPC.

Whether the idiots who are destroying the party from the top doen - which I stated 12 years ago would be inevitable if Farage ever managed to gain leadership and in reality he was not elected to the task but cheated, lied and colluded in corruption to seize the role.

No one denies Farage is the best CURRENT mouthpiece for the party as, like a cuckoo, he has pushed every challenging egg or chick out to dir rather than risk sharing - is there any surprise that Training has never been featured in EUkip. One views the latest promo video 10:25mins long 10 minutes of 'Oh worship the leader' and the ballance being a study of Bob Spink's bad teath and a badly lip sinced sound bite, Gerard Batten struggling to read a sound bite off a card & Tom Wise holding up a banner to glorify The Glorious Leader.

Consider the FACTS Drew Belobaba provides in his resignation letter clarifying for his coleagues - then considerr how The Faragista Fan Club cheer leader responds (David Samuel Camps is Nigel Farage's Political Assistant!!!)

I am writing you to inform you of my decision to resign as the UKIP Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for Lewes Constituency and indeed from the Party itself.

Some of you will no doubt feel let down by my decision and therefore I am writing this letter to give my explanation for the course of action I have taken.

Unfortunately over the past 18 months it has become apparent to me that the UKIP’s leadership has no interest in taking the party forward and building it into something bigger and better.

They have nothing of any consequence to say about the current economic crisis or any of the other serious issues that preoccupy voters choosing instead to focus on peripheral issues.UKIP has no strategy to GET BRITAIN OUT OF THE EU. We can only achieve our goal by electing MPs to Westminster.

Unfortunately, no steps have been taken by UKIP’s leadership to prepare for an anticipated general election sometime in the next 18 months. UKIP also continues to fail to recognize the vital importance of local elections and by-elections as a stepping stone to winning seats at Westminster. Failure to make a sustained effort in this regard has resulted in the British National Party seizing the initiative to become the choice for voters disaffected with the three main parties.

The electorate is increasingly coming to see UKIP as a spent force.Even preparation for this year’s European Elections has been lacking. Hardly any money has been raised to fund the campaign and planning for the election began only recently. UKIP is unlikely to elect more than a handful of MEPs in June.

Yet even if every single British MEP represented UKIP they would still be powerless to obtain our country’s withdrawal from the European Union. For these reasons and others I have decided that I can no longer continue to support UKIP or represent it as Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for Lewes.

Instead I have chosen to join the United Kingdom First Party.

UK First was founded by former members of UKIP including former UKIP Deputy Treasurer Martin Haslam, and former UKIP Party Chair, Petrina Holdsworth. UK First understands the importance of contesting and winning both local and Westminster elections and by-elections.

It also understands that in order to advance our agenda of securing Britain’s withdrawal from the European Union we must focus on other issues that the British public finds important. I urge you to join UK First and help bring about positive change.

You can learn more by visiting the UK First website at United Kingdom First Party or by contacting me. If you wish to join UK First, you can do so by posting your UKIP membership card to
PO Box 4415
Dunstable,
Bedfordshire,
LU6 9HG.

I hope that you will consider joining and that we will have the opportunity of continuing to work together to build a brighter future for our country.

Yours truly
Drew Belobaba

Drew states:
"Here is a reply that I received in response to my resignation email from David Samuels. Whilst others who have emailed me were polite despite disagreeing with what I had said, the same cannot be said of Mr. Samuels.

I will reply to his various allegations later".

Drew,

I note from your widely-distributed circular that you have resigned as PPC for Lewes and from the Party. You explain your action by claiming that the "leadership has no interest in taking the party forward and building it into something better".

Your claim would have carried more weight had you been able to demonstrate at least a reasonable period of time during which you had fought for change within the party but had finally come to realise that your ideas were never going to be accepted. However, this is not the case, is it Drew.

Both the Regional Organiser and your county organiser tell me that they have never received any representations from you on any of the criticisms that you list in your resignation note. Further, like all PPCs in the South-east, you had the right to attend and speak at regional committee meetings but, unlike many, you never attended; and nor did you ever submit anything in writing.

To whom then, and over what period and in what manner, did you communicate your grievances?

You had a rapid rise in UKIP since you came to this country in, I believe, late-2006. I understand that you joined the UKIP Surrey committee in February 2007: was adopted as PPC for Lewes in December 2007 and, of course, was short-listed as an MEP candidate last June. You are obviously extremely talented, which makes it all the more difficult to understand why you apparently failed to realise that YOU were now part of "the leadership".

As a PPC you were in an extremely privileged position of having access to any number of channels of communication to either Nigel Farage or anyone else in the party. My understanding is that you failed to use any of them.Perhaps that was because you knew that so many of the criticisms you now list were either ludicrous or had no basis in fact.

As an example of the first, you say "We can only achieve our goal by electing MPs to Westminster". Gosh! Really! This will come as a complete surprise to all our members who grow up on the dictum that if we repeal the European Communities Act 1972 the whole EU edifice in this country falls and, to do that, we require a majority of just ONE in (wait for it) the House of Commons.

As examples of the second, you say "no steps have been taken... to prepare for an anticipated general election". Did you tell that to the UKIP members in Lewes who adopted you as their parliamentary candidate 15 months ago? Or to any of the members of hundreds of constituency branches up and down the country who have done similarly?

And you also say "UKIP also continues to fail to recognise the vital importance of local elections". I suppose that is why the party, in its determination to broaden its appeal from its original single-issue stance, has produced so many policy documents on other subjects, including local government. Indeed, I seem to remember your claim to have been a member of two such policy development committees.

There are, of course, many areas where criticism is justified, as is inevitable in any organisation, but if you believe in an idea and an ideal, you fight for those ideas and you work together with others to achieve the common objective; you do not walk away like some spoilt prima donna.I feel very sorry for the members of our Lewes branch.

You have repaid their loyal support in adopting you as their candidate and in working for you for over a year, with the ultimate betrayal. If you had had an ounce of regard for those people you would have - given your views - quietly departed the scene with as little fuss as possible. Instead, you have publicly humiliated your former supporters by publishing a note of resignation full of malice towards your former Party and concluding with a party political broadcast for an organisation whose principal object is to inflict as much damage on UKIP as possible. And what an organisation it appears to be!

Apparently formed just a week ago.

First, you tell us there is Martin Haslam. Forty years' ago when I was chairman of South Kensington YC's, I vaguely remember Martin as a committee member on neighbouring Chelsea YC's. A nice inoffensive-enough chap but hardly likely to set the Thames alight.

Then you tell us there is Petrina Holdsworth. She resigned as UKIP party chairman just before an annual conference. According to everything I've read and heard, this was because she considered she had been insulted by Mike Nattrass.

Whether true or not, I can say that my opinion of her was cemented when I saw her performance on UKIP's behalf once on 'Question Time'.

Let us say that the tub of lard placed on the empty chair on 'Have I Got News for You', to represent the absent John Prescott, displayed much more animation and eloquence than was shown by Miss Holdsworth.I think you'll get on very well with your new colleagues.

Yours sincerely,
David Samuel

Not surprisingly drew Belobaba, having been an elected and unremunerated contributor to EUkip felt he should respond to the letter he had received that was so damaging to the EUroSceptic cause - he responded thus:

Dear David,

Thank you so much for your kind words. You are correct in that I have never made any representations to either Steve Harris or Kris Latham. This is because I recognized early on the futility in doing so. This is not to slight the dedication or the hard work put in by both Steve and Kris, but because they have no power to bring about change within the party. Furthermore I have spoken with others who have made representations on these very issues, including people considerably higher up in the party than myself. They have told me that their representations have fallen on deaf ears. At no time was I informed that as a PPC I had the right to speak at regional committee meetings. I do recall however, writing directly to the leader of the Party with some suggestions.

As for your suggestion that I am part of the "leadership" of the party, this is nonsense. I believe there are close to 650 parliamentary constituencies in this country. Are you suggesting that potentially all 650 PPCs should involve themselves in running the party. PPC's are there to campaign and get elected. It is not unreasonable to expect that the governence of the party should be left to those who have been tasked with doing so. Do you think that David Cameron shares the leadership of his party with all 650 Tory MPs and PPCs?

Of course I made the obvious point that WE NEED TO ELECT MPs TO WESTMINSTER. I wouldn't have done so if I was satisfied that you and others in leadership positions within the party understood the importance of this. With respect to local elections, I would point out that to successfully contest a local election requires more than a half-baked local manifesto concocted at in a rush at the last minute (this is not the same as general party policies). Unfortunately UKIP does not have a coherent strategy or message for local elections. That is perhaps why the BNP so regularly hands UKIP local candidates their heads on a platter. The same appears to be true of parliamentary by-elections. It appears that no lessons have been learned from the debacles at Bromley, Sedgefield, Ealing, Crewe, and Henley.

So far David, I have received three other replies from members of UKIP. Kris Latham, who had specifically asked that I provide written reasons for my resignation thanked me for my email and wished me the best of luck. Both Peter Lindsay and John Moran, whilst disagreeing vehemently with what I had written did so in a gentlemanly manner. If I had written malice I suspect that this would not have been the case. When I read what they have written I feel very sorry to be leaving such a group of dedicated, and hard working people. Your email on the other hand has confirmed for me of the correctness of my choice.

Yours truly

Drew Belobaba

Good luck Drew - let us hope that UKFP can get their act together, and can find an honest and competent leader, who is not on an ego trip and will act in the best interests of the Party rather than as a self enrichment scam!

TO LEAVE THE EU

What is the exit and survival plan for these United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. It is the DUTY of our Politicians and Snivil Cervants to ensure the continuity, liberty and right to self determination of our peoples they have a DUTY to protect against crime and secure both our food and our border.

NONE of these DUTIES has a single British politician upheld for 40 years. They have drawn their incomes fraudulently and dishonesty.

Politicians are failing to tell the truth, but so are almost all wanabe Politicians, the MSM and Snivil Cervants.

The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.
Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU's CAP - In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!

To try to put a value on OUR Freedom is as futile as floccipaucinihilipilification and as odious as the metissage of our societies, as we rummage in the ashes of our ancestors dreams, sacrifices and achievements, the flotsam of our hopes and the jetsam of our lives, consider the Country and Anglosphere which we leave our children and the future, with shame!

I SUGGEST – since there is clearly no political party of repute, advocating or campaigning for withdrawal of these United Kingdoms from the EU and restoration of our independent sovereign, democracy, with Justice & the right to self determination in a free country. Deny the self seeking & meaningless wanabe MEPs the Mythical Mandate for which they clamour. Diktat is imposed from The EU but Law should be made at Westminster, for our Country & our Peoples.
