It would seem from his posting today – despite the clarification I have provided in previous Blogs that Brendan Padmore has little or no understanding of the fact that I have proved that he and Anthony Butcher are INDUBITABLY Corrupt, Liars & Dishonest – he poses the question to Niall Warry despite the fact that it has been proven conclusively:

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am the Party Chairman of the fourth-largest political party in the United
Kingdom, the UK Independence Party. I am writing to request that you take
immediate action concerning the website www.democracyforum.co.uk, which
your company is hosting, and which has knowingly permitted libellous and
defamatory statements about myself and the rest of my party's leadership,
in direct violation of the law in the UK.
Your Service Contract (Section 1.B, User Conduct) states that users must
not"Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous,
defamatory, obscene, offensive, indecent, pornographic, profane, or
otherwise objectionable information of any kind, including without
limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would
constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise
violate any local, state, federal or international law, including without
limitation the U.S. export control laws and regulations, and laws
protecting intellectual property including copyright, trademark, trade
secret, misappropriation and anti-dilution laws"
Literally hundreds of posts on this publicly-viewable forum
(www.democracyforum.co.uk) are not only false, but also defamatory and
libellous under UKlaw. These posts are now being viewed by British media
organisations as well as members of the general public - which is damaging
the reputation of my party. The moderator (and owner of the forum) has
been reminded of the existence of libel laws in the UK, and of the
responsibility that they, and the hosting company, have to prevent the
publication of a libel. In the UK, either publishing or repeating a libel
is in itself libellous.
Legal action is currently being prepared against the moderators of the
forum if action is not taken; I am now asking you as the hosting company to
exercise your responsibility - both under UKlaw and under your own Service
Contract - to shut down such content as soon as it is made aware of its
existence.
You may also be interested to note that on the bottom of the main page, the
site claims to be hosted by a different company with the clear intention of
confusing the general public.
Please find just three significant examples of libel within the last week
below:
1. The third post in this topic accuses the Deputy Leader of our party of
being a 'proven and established fraud and liar'. Under UKlaw, it is
libellous. The party holds a Criminal Records bureau enhanced disclosure
which demonstrates the falsehood of the claims made.

2. The first post in this topic accuses me personally of being

It is interesting that if you go to the thread in question on Anthony Butchers Forum you will find that a number of my postings have dishonestly been removed in complete denial of freedom of speech – I well remember a posting I made in support of Butcher’s original robust rejection of Nuttall’s dishonest and threatening pack of lies.
Interestingly in compliance with Nuttall’s demands Butcher has dishonestly and duplicitously corrupted the Forum by rendering the entire thread (as so often) a pack of unbalanced and duplicitous lie – he has deceitfully removed the posting, in which I completed a line by line evisceration of the lies and dishonesty of Paul Nuttall on behalf of EUkip.
Some may recall I gave substantiation, cross reference, irrefutable evidence and facts showing that Nuttall’s letter was a pack of lies. You will also note that in colluding with the dishonesty of Nuttall, Butcher particularly has shown himself to be without morality or understanding of ethical behaviour. You will note the links provided by Nuttall in his dishonest claims have been conveniently sanitised to perpetuate a dishonest myth.
Perhaps Brendan Padmore can identify where he spoke out against such dishonesty!
I stand by my every word as proven repeatedly.
May I suggest that if liars object to being proven liars that they cease to lie and apologise for their behaviour?

Perhaps we can have an end to the serial attempts being made, particularly by Brendan Padmore, to justify his underhand duplicity and willingness to perform dishonest tasks for EUkip – an apology would be appreciated, particularly since he has dishonestly accused me of consequential dishonesty and lies, yet has failed utterly to substantiate his fantasies.
In answer to his complaint that he is denied a right of reply – although somewhat rich coming from him – he will note I have published his serial attempts to justify his lies and dishonesty and dealt with them in some detail.
I have every reason to honestly believe I have not only made my case and proved it, but have dealt convincingly with his excuses, despite his failure to provide on iota of evidence of dishonesty on my part.
I stand by my statement:

What is the exit and survival plan for these United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. It is the DUTY of our Politicians and Snivil Cervants to ensure the continuity, liberty and right to self determination of our peoples they have a DUTY to protect against crime and secure both our food and our border.
