this can only help The Faragista Fan Club - but what would help UKIP would be for Farage to issue a public apology for his outrageous behaviour on Andrew Neal's programme and his flagrant abuse of his position - to ask Pearson to stand down as a result and in the light of the fact that he admits he doesn't want the job and it seems pretty clear he is only a place warmer.
Then let us see Farage surrender his leadership PROPERLY and honourably.
Then let us see how the election goes - I would like to see Alan Wood appointed as Chairman and all chip in for his deposit if he loses it. of Batten, Nattrass & Sinclaire I believe with support, help and guidance Sinclaire is the ONLY candidate who is viable.
I believe that Pearson has sufficient belief in the cause to accept the role as roving spokesman and Deputy Leader shared with William Dartmouth - this would provide immediate access to media and liberate Pearson to carry out his duties as a Peer, having made clear that his Islamaphobic hysteria is NOT a party matter nor are his British Zionist affiliations - nor some of his more wild eyed attacks on The BBC.
I believe that Farage should then be campaign Manager and lead candidate concentrating on his duties in Britain, with John Bufton as leader in The EU, deputy leader Gerard Batten (Bufton is less tainted than the other MEPs and has experience in councils, as an RO, and his TV performances are improving and could get good with competent training). Farage's talents as a performer are utterly wasted in Brussels where he has shown he can not put the smallest of spokes in the wheel with effect having presided over EUkip for many years as the New Constitution slammed the door on our prison.
It would be immensly helpful if Clive Page was willing to preside over publicity and the press office as at least he has the respect of Journalists and all the debacle of his long spent Benefits idiocy is known and no longer relevant as an employee. He could then put forward honourable individuals as proposals for other press duties.
I advocate - regardless of time and the GE an immediate election, branch based within regions to appoint an NEC member from each region and an alternate each + an extra member from the SE & SW which hold the preponderance of members with a shared alternate position from the Eastern & The West Mids. - thus forming the new NEC which by making it a branch based election can be effected within a month at little cost.
Clearly EUkip's Constitution has become so corrupted as to be worthless - just look at the catastrophy it has led to!
Thus armed with MEPs answerable to the NEC via their leader in Brussels where the party should immediately withdraw form the vile and damaging pro EU Pan EU Political Party group The EFD and have the integrity to sit, when essential, as a free and untrammelled EKIP in the EU farce of a Parliament.
No MEP except the leader should have more than ONE member of staff in The EU with the equivallent of one each extra as a pool staff member answerable to the leader in The EU. ALL staff and allowances should be answerrable to and accounted for to the NEC monthly - The leader, Deputy (one) and leader from the EU should be obliged to attend NEC meetings - without voting rights save that the Leader holds a casting vote.
Within 7 days each regional NEC member shall attend and report to his regional Branch Committee representatives the outcome of the meeting for which minutes shall have been provided by the secretary - approved by the leader and 2 NEC members by rotation. Not more than 10 and not less than 6 days before an NEC each representative shall meet with his regional branch committee to 'take their brief' for the upcoming meeting.
I believe it is clear and evident that EUkip is in such a mess and so untrustworthy that it MUST consider a relaunch of this ilk or similar liberated from its corrupt foundations and corrupt NEC and staff members current. I believe it would be appropriate to request Marta Andreasen and David Bannerman to step down forthwith for their fundamental dishonesty and re-allocate their seats seeking the permission of the Home Secretary and The EUropean Parliament , so as to show justice be done and democratic principles upheld an internal election be arranged in those two regions where the pary was so deeply shamed by dishonesty in its selection process.
What a staggering example and moral compass that would show to other politicians. It would then be the duty of the party treasurer to work with a nationally known firm of accountants of repute to hold a full and fair forensic accounting to establish the facts and whether upwards of £10 Million have been trousered or not.
Then I believe armed with this new sword of truth and the article below Nigel Farage - cr@p leader that he has been, stands every chance of shinning and managed will so excellently represent our cause at Westminster in the The House of Commons, even perhaps in the bars of the House ;-p.
It is time Politics was cleaned up and UKIP declared at its very outset it wished to be different - so far, mired in sleaze it has been all to similar to the LibLabCon!
Better to try and fail than to grovel in the gutter for ever more - it is NOT about making money for a select few it is about defending Britain based on the sacrifices and principles of our ancestors and modern day heros - regardless of their class, ethnicity or creed. Britain for The British - we can then address the very sensible concept of internal regionalisation to bring decision making to the people and involve them more closely in daily tactical governance and national startegic planning.
Speaker's wife to stand for Labour
Here's one guaranteed to get Tory MPs choking on their cornflakes.
Speaker Bercow's wife Sally was last night selected as one of the three Labour candidates for Westminster council.
Westminster's Labour leader Paul Dimoldenberg is a huge fan of Mrs Bercow and says he's delighted she has stuck with the party despite her husband's elevation to the Speaker's chair .
He tells me:
"She will make a great candidate and a really first rate councillor. She's very approachable and very keen to get stuck into the nitty gritty of being a councillor."
Mrs Bercow is standing in St James' Ward, which covers Parliament and Buck House, so can certainly claim she's a local. The Tories will almost certainly win the seat, if history is anything to go by. But with a long-standing councillor, Alexander Nicoll standing down after many years, Labour think they have a chance of a high-profile coup.
UPDATE: A shadow frontbencher told me that this story, more than anything else today, is the hottest topic in the Tea Room.
Labour MPs say that there is no reason why the Speaker's wife cannot stand in her own right as a political candidate. To suggest otherwise would be "antediluvian sexism", one said.

TO LEAVE THE EU
What is the exit and survival plan for these United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. It is the DUTY of our Politicians and Snivil Cervants to ensure the continuity, liberty and right to self determination of our peoples they have a DUTY to protect against crime and secure both our food and our border.
NONE of these DUTIES has a single British politician upheld for 40 years. They have drawn their incomes fraudulently and dishonesty.
Politicians are failing to tell the truth, but so are almost all wanabe Politicians, the MSM and Snivil Cervants.
The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.
Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU's CAP - In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!
To try to put a value on OUR Freedom is as futile as floccipaucinihilipilification and as odious as the metissage of our societies, as we rummage in the ashes of our ancestors dreams, sacrifices and achievements, the flotsam of our hopes and the jetsam of our lives, consider the Country and Anglosphere which we thus leave our children and the future, with shame!
