EUkip ON TRIAL DAY 02 SOUTHWARK - Tom WISE & Lindsey JENKINS ARE JUST THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG!

The trial of Tom Wise and Lindsey Jenkins grinds on.
Monday was all about over doing it with Jury selection - probably Tom's lawyers have been watching too many US modies and wished to emulate the Jury selection process of specialist Jury lawyers - that does impress the client but they have no idea how it irritates both the Court and the Jury themselves - NOT clever.
Then on Tuesday they ground on and I am still puzzled as to what on earth might be the defence - but then again so it seems are the defence lawyers - imagine spending hours cross examining an EU apparatchik from the payments office - desparate or what! Hard to build any kind of defence there!
Then it was Titford on the stand as a witness (somehow with Wise in the dock it is hard not to think EUkip are most suitably named all too often!) - Titford tried to maintain the myth that EUkip acted decisively over Tom Wise rather than colluding in his crimes and seeking to cover-up for all they were worth! Titford even came out with that same old lie 'we withdrew the whip ....', this particular old chap seems not to have learned much during his years ammassing money as a EUkip MEP by way of understanding of The EU.
This lie about withdrawing the whip is just banal dishonesty - EUkip doesn't even have a whip system in the EUropean Parliament - they don't even sit under their own name they say as members of the EDG a pan EU group.
They now sit as a part of the Pan EU Political
It is increasingly clear that this case is going to do huge harm to EUkip as it unravells - The Jury has been warned it COULD continue for three weeks and since we are on day two so far and tomorrow Alan Knowles and Peter Reeve are to be called as witnesses - there is no love lost between Alan Knowles and Tom Wise and for good reason and although it seems Peter Reeve has relatively recent experience of Courts and police he is hardly a credit to EUkip and could prove a liability in cross examination as bullies and liars are infrequently good witnesses!
After their evidence I understand Nigel Farage is being called for the Crown but he could come hugely unstuck and we all know his understanding of the law is limited ass he has been found Guilty only too recently and his wisdom is much challenged as proven by the irrefutable fact that he managed to escalate a resolvable technical problem to a serious offence and aided with Andrew Smith's unprofessional behaviour and Wittacker's imaturity when dealing with adults he has managed to talk EUkip into a liability of £3/4Million.
Watching EUkip and its leadership is like watching a very slow but massive train wreck!
The staggering stupidity of its leading lights talking down media coverage yet too stupid to understand how 'CUTS' works - many seem not to understand how Google works - I concede I am NOT good at research and many details I know to be true I am unable to use as I lack the technical skills to 'stand them up' on the internet. I'm not prepared to publish as fact something I can only source from one place - thus my blog can be trusted as FACT, and is by many journalists who read it regularly.
The more intelligent realise just what incredible harm have been the bullying dishonesty and distortions from people like Denny, Bob FM, Croucher, McGough and their ilk as they provide opportunity after opportunity of publishing the truth about EUkip and the exploits of the crooks therein and the crass behaviour. Thus the record builds on The Internet prepared and poised ready for the next Journalist seeking details on the party and its members.
Anyone in EUkip with half a brain must surely be facing the week or so after the end of this trial with some trepidation - if not they are fools. Many of the documents in this case are in the hands of the media already - huge series of vindictive, spiteful and mallicious attacks on the messengers made on the internet have been stored on hard discs. The lies bandied around by EUkip's staff and village idiots and their attacks are all on record.
It was NEVER wise of EUkip's staff to lie to people like The Electoral Commission but by far worse was to attack individuals dishonestly via the Press Complaints Commission!! A summary of the behaviour of EUkip's behaviour, the dishonest cover-ups, the corrupt efforts of people like Knapman using a bent ex copper to carry out a corrupted and limited inquiry to rehabilitate Tom Wise & lindsey Jenkins was shameful. The attacks on Journalists and other for telling the truth was soooo very EU soooo very EUkip. More material that will end up on 'CUTS' building a foundationfor EUkip of the future alongside the racist, xenophobic, anti Jewish, violent, extremist sexually intollerant activity of their members and associates.
Only a fool will overlook last weekends 'Hamper' article on page 10 in The News of The World - No party could welcome:

What a catastrophic headline to find in the search engines - particularly from a paper which you may not rate but Journalists around the world understand in terms of veracity and gravitas, with a grudging respect - Not so much The NoTW but a front line profit centre of News International! This may well position Lord Pearson well to gain his position as Farage's new interim puppet leader WITHIN the party but in any Party wishing for a serious future it would in fact preclude ANY possibility of becoming leader, for the good of the party at large.
A colourful couple of paragraphs in a lengthy review by one of the many journalists EUkip have alienated perhaps - but even people like Christopher Booker must increasingly be embarrassed by their obvious misreading of EUkip.
TO LEAVE THE EU
What is the exit and survival plan for these United Kingdoms to maximise on the many benefits of leaving The EU. It is the DUTY of our Politicians and Snivil Cervants to ensure the continuity, liberty and right to self determination of our peoples they have a DUTY to protect against crime and secure both our food and our border.
NONE of these DUTIES has a single British politician upheld for 40 years. They have drawn their incomes fraudulently and dishonesty.
Politicians are failing to tell the truth, but so are almost all wanabe Politicians, the MSM and Snivil Cervants.
The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.
Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU's CAP - In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!
To try to put a value on OUR Freedom is as futile as floccipaucinihilipilification and as odious as the metissage of our societies, as we rummage in the ashes of our ancestors dreams, sacrifices and achievements, the flotsam of our hopes and the jetsam of our lives, consider the Country and Anglosphere which we thus leave our children and the future, with shame!

Deny the self seeking & meaningless wanabe MEPs the Mythical Mandate for which they clamour. Diktat is imposed from The EU but Law should be made at Westminster, for our Country & our Peoples.
