#220* - EUkip NEC REPORT PROVES AN EMBARRASSMENT

#220* - EUkip NEC REPORT PROVES AN EMBARRASSMENT

Clean EUkip up NOW & make UKIP electable!

The corruption of some of EUkip’s leadership
& NEC is what gives
the remaining 10% a bad name!

EUkip ASTONISHINGLY PERMITS ITS NEC TO TOTALLY WASTE ITS TIME, IN VIEW OF THE FACT THAT THE EU & LOCAL ELECTIONS ARE IN JUNE!

Hi,

astonishingly when one is aware just how little time is left

You will note that EUkip's lame, dishonest, corrupt NEC has displayed its concern for our Country by meeting to perpetuate the sordid behaviour of Kangaroo Courts, self serving and we now note, since they seem likely to find themselves challenged in the Courts they seek to spend member's money on forming themselves as a Limited Company to protect their Officers from their own corruption! or so it would seem.

Astonishingly it seems that they are determined to remove the concepts of democracy and act like The EU bringing false charges and dishonesty to bear to enact their wishes in their own interests. It is clear that in their self interest seeking position and personal income for Farage and a couple of his cronies they trump up charges and allegations against members of long standing and seek to hide the truth by selective wording of their NEC Report which formerly was made public but was to be kept from public eyes to ensure the public were unaware of just how corrupt EUkip's leadership has become.

Clearly the NEC is acting as a kangaroo court with unspecified charges, dishonestly made to unseat members to suit the leadership - in denial of all the values of democracy. You will have noted the dishonesty of the claims against Dr. David Abbott & Dr. Eric Edmond by the organ of EUkip supporters with lies and distortions.

I am all too well aware of the corruption of EUkip with its so EU styled dishonesty - one only has to study the lies of Deny, Croucher, Feal Martiniz, Malcolm Wood, Batten and others, made in public, seeking desperately to discredit me as they are unable to address the facts I have put in the public domain.

We note that EUkip's competence is hampered by the incompetence of its officers - in his haste to call the shots from behind the curtain emulating Robespierre Farage in his inadequacy has appointed a graceless Mussollini look alike to preside in his stead. The party is without competence, integrity or dignity - unable to address its critics it, like the EU or The USSR, brands its critics as criminal, BNP, CIA, mental, sick or similar - I note I am branded by the low life and trash EUkip choose to use as living in a hovel (albeit a 16 room hovel in the centre of a town!), dealing in stolen goods, bankrupt and mentally ill - so very like the USSR - I note they now follow the principles of Kafka's 'Trial' failing to hold any just trial but rather issuing sentence without evidence or fact!

Read in their own minutes how dishonestly they have treated John West, Dr. Abbott, Niall Warry, Martin Hasslam, Dr. Edmond & others - THEN look at the trash gathered around the table in judgement - proven liars like Bannerman and not a single individual of repute remaining on the NEC. No wonder they have so little understanding of concepts of Justice. Even their own finances are little more than a scam having been presided over by liars and buffoons sequentially since John de Rorke left - now presided over by the discreditted and dishonest Marta Andreasen.

Feeling that it was important that EUkip's general dishonesty and corruption was exposed to the light of day I felt it apposite to copy and paste it from their 'clandestine' web site where they seek to hide their criminality under their own rules and unsuitability for office.

The more one reads or knows of their behaviour, dishonesty and corruption the more one understands why EUkip has achieved so very little in getting Britain OUT of the odious and centralised, corrupt and undemocratic EU.

The further one is from the epicentre of the stone thrown into the slurry pit of EUkip's leadership the more stupid and transparent are the lies - consider Andrew Smith, Bob Feal Martiniz, Michael McGough, Douglas Denny, Mark Croucher, George Curtis, Peter Reeve, Paul NuttAll, David Bannerman - I include the last 3 because of their staggering stupidity as puppets and serial liars bullying and dishonestly holding their positions, the others in this paragraph are merely usefull idiots aiding Farage in the destruction of UKIP but promoting his chances of re-election to the flesh pots and debauchery he so enjoys.

Herer is the sad list of human failures and their failure in terms of leadership - minded that the elections are less than 6 months hence - their plan is shown to be destruction and dishonesty:

Present,- Paul Nuttall* (Party Chairman) (PN), Nigel Farage MEP (Party leader) (NF), David Campbell Bannerman (DCB), Marta Andreasen* (MA), Gerard Batten MEP (GB), Michael Zuckerman (MZ) , Rachel Oxley (RO), Jill Seymour (JS), Delroy Young (DY), Christopher Gill (CG), Douglas Denny (DD), Derek Clark MEP(DC). * - indicates ex-officio non-voting member. Also present: Jonathan Arnott (General Secretary, minutes)Apologies for absence: Lisa Duffy, Alan Bown.

Examples of lack of communication were given.Motion 3: That Paul Nuttall be authorised to set up an Internal Communications Committee. Proposed by JS, seconded by MZ. Carried by 7-1(DY) with no abstentions.DC was thanked for his efforts in putting together these proposed changes.NEC liability MZ gave a brief report concerning NEC liability, suggesting that the party become a company limited by guarantee. DY asked whether the guarantee would make the whole membership liable or just the NEC; MZ answered that only the Officers will have this limited liability. However, the transfer is legally complex and must be done by a professional. A budget would therefore be required.Motion 13: That MZ be approved to go ahead with the procedure of transferring the UKIP assets to a company, limited by guarantee. A budget of £5,000 plus VAT is agreed for this purpose. Proposed by JS, seconded by MZ. Carried by 8-0 with no abstentions.NEC electionsA proposal was received from the Surrey County Committee to discuss asking the Electoral Reform Society to oversee future ballots. DD spoke in favour of the current system, describing the ERS as an expensive luxury. NF wished the motion to praise the work of Head Office, who often do not get sufficient credit for the work that they do.Motion 14: That the UKIP NEC has total confidence in the ability of Head Office to organise internal party elections efficiently, and therefore no outside organisation should be asked to administer internal party elections. Proposed by NF, seconded by DCB. Carried by 6-1(DY) with no abstentions.Proposal (Witney Branch) Committee Witney branch had proposed that branch committees be permitted to use postal ballots to select branch committees. Concerns were raised as to the security and transparency of this system.Motion 15: That the proposed changes to the Branch & Constituency Association Rules be adopted. Failed by 0-7 with no abstentions. It was agreed that PN would write a letter to the branch to explain the reasons for rejecting the proposal.Party Leader's reportNF reported that there is a Political Committee meeting next Monday and there will be important decisions to make. The use of the Press Office from 1st February will be difficult. Declan Ganley opposes the Lisbon Treaty, but would support a revised EU constitution. Therefore, UKIP should not enter into a deal with Declan Ganley.Motion 16: That Ken Irvine be given the formal role of Campaign Director in charge of policy for the European elections. The NEC reaffirms Steve Allison's role as Head of Elections and Campaign Manager in charge of logistics. Proposed by NF, seconded by DCB. DY asked why the renewal could not be accepted and the standard Disciplinary procedures followed; DD argued that this was unnecessary as the evidence was clear and the party has no responsibility to renew.Motion 17: That the membership renewal of Niall Warry not be accepted by the Party. Proposed by DD, seconded by DRC. Carried by 6-1(DY) with one abstention(MZ).Any other businessDD commended the work of the South-West region and others in producing a quality tabloid UKIP newspaper. Thanks John. One question - there appears to be 10 voting members present, but some of the votes on motions do not add up to 10 when taking into account the for, against, and abstaining members. How come?

The meeting lasted for well over 5 hours. Occasionally Nigel Farage in particular has to leave the room to deal with calls from the media. At least one NEC member had to leave before the end due to the length of the meeting. The votes only add up to the number of people physically present in the room at the time of that vote.

Jonathon, can you please go into more detail about the above regarding NEC liability and UKIP as a limited company?Technically, if the party were to be bankrupted tomorrow then NEC members would be jointly and severally liable. Registering the party as a company limited by guarantee guarantees that no-one would have to pay more than a token sum (perhaps in the order of £10) if the company were wound up.

In which case Jonathon, that sounds like a grand idea. Especially as it would take away the neccesity of the wealthy to be on the NEC. Pending the next set of results, I would have nothing to lose anyway.

LEAVE THE EU

Politicians are failing to tell the truth, but so are almost all wanabe Politicians and Snivil Cervants.
The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change it would achieve NOTHING.

Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market has promised to change The EU's CAP - In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!

To try to put a value on OUR Freedom is as futile as floccipaucinihilipilification and as odious as the metissage of our societies, as we rummage in the ashes of our ancestors dreams, sacrifices and achievements, the flotsam of our hopes and the jetsam of our lives, Country and Anglosphere which we leave our children and the future.

I SUGGEST
– since there is clearly no political party of repute, advocating or campaigning for withdrawal of these United Kingdoms from the EU and restoration of our independent sovereign, democracy, with Justice & the right to self determination in a free country.
Deny the self seeking & meaningless wanabe MEPs the Mythical Mandate for which they clamour. Diktat is imposed from The EU but Law should be made at Westminster, for our Country & our Peoples.

LEAVE THE EU
