I note from information received around lunchtime from several sources - but declined to publish without greater substantiation - as I would not wish to accidentally mislead readers if possible - now having established in conversation with part of the Junius operation that they had an associate close to the details and the route of their story was VERY different to my various sources - I felt it apporpriate that Junius published the story at

Clearly not I regret to say - whether bullying, lies, dishonesty, corruption, self enrichment, extortion or nepotism - there is NOTHING too vile for EUkip in their ambition to get their snouts back in the troughs for further self enrichment.Well I recall the occasion when Nigel Farage threatened John deRoeke that if he continued ... he would F****** Well have him killed! Farage was foolish enough to make this threat in front of witnesses he believed to be loyal to him!
One need only consider what EUkip has achieved in 5 years having had 12 MEPs elected - besides of course bringing the British EUroSceptic movement into disrepute, having gone native and garnered a raft of bad publicity. Not least of which was his bag carrier and general fixer Croucher's involvement with the wing of political chicannery at Searchlight and his general dishonesty. Also Farage's drunken whoring.
Consider the staggering betrayal of the electorate and Britain by Derek Clark & Nigel Farage in selling out to greater subsidiarity to the EU for Britain or the fraud and attrocious behaviour of Tom Wise EUkip MEP whereby he and Lindsay Jenkins (Researcher for EUkip and sometime speech writter for Farage) face Court and possible prison!

I have just been informed that Tony Ellwood - Derek Clark’s former researcher - was arrested by Nottingham Police earlier today.
Eight police officers armed with special equipment stormed his Nottingham home at approx 8.30 am.
A search warrant had been obtained because certain individuals had used 'Crimestoppers' to invent lies about large scale theft of clothing and money laundering - now that second accusation sounds familiar!
Mr Ellwood was cautioned, fingerprinted, photographed, his DNA was taken and he was tested for Class A drugs .
At 6.00 pm, the Police, realising that they had fallen for a pack of lies, released Mr Ellwood without charge.
I am pleased to say that they were somewhat more humble than they had been earlier in the day.
You will recall that Tony Ellwood was sacked by Derek Clark following disagreements between the two. See
LINKMr Ellwood, 56, has been a loyal and committed UKIP member since 1994. He was a 3 times General Election candidate, a local authority candidate and for 14 years was UKIP’s elected treasurer for the East Midlands.
As you would expect Mr Ellwood has been left very shaken by the experience.
You may be interested to know that one of Derek Clark’s staff earlier this week predicted to Mr Ellwood that he would be shortly arrested.
Now how did Clark's staff know of that fact in advance? Who else knew and for how long? Who informed 'Crimestoppers' and at whose behest ?
Should not the entire command involved in this disgraceful episode be sacked from their employment?
You can draw your own conclusions but I would suggest that you start making a few phone calls to Clark’s Nottingham office.
UKIP’s leadership has a track record of trying to punish it’s critics.
You may recall that John West made a complaint against Jeffrey Titford and within a few days his UKIP MEP video interview was posted on YouTube by Annabelle Fuller at the behest of her lover.
Derek Clark is under investigation by OLAF - the EU’s anti-fraud office.

This has all the hallmarks of that sordid and dishonest filth Derek Clark.
Many will remember his collaboration with Gerard Batten, one of EUkip's least significant MEPs, and the odious and dishonest Douglas Denny (so dishonest that he was voted out as Returning Officer in the corrupt leadership election where due to dishonesty Farage stole the leadership, which had he acted with integrity he may well have won by election!).
Derek Clark, seemingly an habitually dishonest little old man, trumped up absolutelly dishonest charges against Peter Baker another long serving and honest member of the party who had been elected Chairman of The East Midlands Region. It seems that after a particularly crass episode of boasting at a public meeting about how he fiddled his expenses Derek Clark was scared that Peter Baker might take action against him.
Many will recall that already Derek Clark had lied to his supporters who had worked so hard to get him elected - promising to stand down within the year as he was far too old for the job!
Clark tried to cover-up his general dishonesty and corruption calling a Kangaroo Court and show trial to remove Peter Baker to empower a placeman who would do his bidding for a fee in his place. Clark came completely unstuck and made himself, Gerard Batten and Douglas Denny look complete fools and small time crooks when they did not get away with their dishonest plan as there were those who believed Peter Baker had every right not only to lead a defence but to field witnesses to prove Derek Clark was a liar aided and abetted by the two low lifes colluding with him in his corruption and dishonesty Gerard Batten and Douglas Denny.
This underhand call to the Police leading to Tony having his door smashed in and his house ransacked by the police thugs has all the hallmarks of Derek Clark and his corrupt oppos. A man who is so beneath contempt as to have acted as dishonestly as he did against Peter Baker would be quite capable of doing something as vile and cowardly as has been done to Tony Elwood.
I spent a weekend with Tony at The Huntsman several years ago when he attended one of my social working weekends - he is a thouroughly decent and loyal individual who was dedicated to UKIP and its original aims, values and principles. If he had ANY fault it was that he was possibly underconfident and too self efacing but on my experience of him I would be only too happy to stand by him in a Court and attest that I believed him to be honest and decent and KNEW Derek Clark to be dishonest, corrupt and a liar with a vile and venal self interest and an unarguable lack of integrity or morality.
As I recall Tony Elwood has a son who was himself in the police however based on the experience of dishonesty of the only 3 ex Police I know of in EUkip that would seem to be of little recommendation! Trevor Colman, Bob Feel Martinis and Tom Wise - not one of whom could one trust as far as one could kick them - dishonest and bullying to the core!
The original UKIP members must be reeling at how befouled their party has become under the dishonest and corrupt centralised extreme right wing authoritarian control imposed upon it for Farage's personal gain.
Were EUkip to have 70 MEPs elected it would be merely 10 times the catastrophy for our Country as having 7 elected and 70 times the tragedy for patriotic British peoples as having ONE elected. EUkip will not get a single solitary MEP elected honestly as there are insufficient dishonest people in Britain to wittingly vote for their dishonerable corruption.
Just how much more despicable can EUkip become than they have been in their vile abuse of trust and commitment of Tony Elwood or their vile treatment of Gregg Beaman, John West, Dr. Eric Edmond, Dr. David abbott, the generous if rather naiive Martin Hasslam, Nigel Farage's BNP supporting friend Buster Motram and the many more fundamentally decent folk they have dishonestly attacked!
Then consider for a moment the sordid dishonest, self seeking pond life and scum that have floated to the top as the solids in Farage's septic tank
the BNP styled Nattrass and the similar bully boy Peter Reeve,
the brutish and ill mannered Lisa Duffy who has so spectacularly failed with her promises of achievement of EUkip Yooof and the dregs that has dredged up!
The ridiculous Ms Oxley and her crass legal opinions,
the idiotic and bad tempered fool Ma Zucherman with his chants of BNP and using mental illness as an insult when NOT looking in the mirror,
the liar and cheat Douglas Denny,
the faintly ridiculous cartoon of himself the dishonest bullying oaf Bob Feel Martinis,
the hireling extremist and serial failure Mark Croucher with his dishonesty and misrepresentation,
the oaf, liar and shameless creep McGough,
the liar and fraud David Bannerman,
the utterly discreditted political prostitute Marta Andreasen (Did you note in her recent video her claim of having been earning 150,000EUro a year and that was why she wanted to get back into tthe EU!!!!)

Who is there of gravitas, integrity, ethics, morality or merit one could trust in the leadership of EUkip?
I note from the 'e'Mail circulated by the childish and self important little Denny that he believes that he is on a par with the Home Secretary and should be entitled to have the police dishonestly seize computers, as they seized one in 'The Palace of Westminster'.
Denny was clearly sent away with a flea in his ear by Chichester Constabulary for wasting their time and having embarrassed himself by publishing his contempt and criticism of Ma Zucherman, however appropriate, he is now grovelling asking for Michael's support and advice - how the worm turns.
So that was David Bannerman tossed out on his ear when he threatened John West and I with reporting us to Scotlan Yard's Political Squad - when no such branch exists hence his bluster was just like his lies about his ancestry - come to nothing!
Then there was the idiotic posturing of NuttAll dishonestly trying to harass Roger Knapman and others for using their lists of members accrued over many years when clearly EUkip has absolutely no respect for privacy or data protection as shown by the various cases still outstanding against them for abuse of Data Protection Laws and also the cautions they have already received!

Talking of worms turning I note the worm Croucher has REturned having seemingly made a cock up of trying to run two pubs, one wonders howmuch of the money he borrowed from EUkip members he ever paid back!
One can understand him having no shame it would seem he has nothing in his life to ever have been proud of! His return is likely to be as damaging for EUkip as was his original stint misguidedly sheltered by Farage to the detriment of EUkip, due not only to his fundamental dishonesty but also his links with extremism.
I wonder if EUkip members will demand an enquiry into the dishonesty regarding Tony Elwood that seems so very like other behaviour by EUkip in seeking to dishonestly damage and defame those who dare to criticise or dare to seek transparency, probity and the raising of standards above the gutter in which most of EUkip's leadership are so at home!

The fact is that even if EVERY British MEP wanted change in The EU it would achieve NOTHING.
Every single British Politician, of EVERY Party, elected since before we joined the EUropean Common Market, has promised to change The EU's CAP - In 40 Years they have achieved absolutely NOTHING!
